We will display users information (Name, Address, Contact Number, Age, Blood Group, Photo), if user is doctor or blood donor. When a person register as a doctor or blood donor, then after the activation of the account, the person's information will display in the corresponding section of the website.
You have to provide correct information during the registration process, if we find that your given information is wrong/misleading then we will not active your account. Your given ID Number will be use to verify your given information. Hence, in the registration process, you have to provide your information as per your provided Id.
There are some restrictions or limitations on bed booking features:
Anybody can't book Hospital Beds for unnecessary reasons.
After a successful booking, a person can't make any more bookings before reached to the hospital.
After a successful booking, the person has to reach the hospital within 3 hours with the patient. After 3 hours, the booking will no longer be valid.
If a person does more than one booking in the period of 6 months, but the person does not reach the hospital to admit the patient within 3 hours in case of each booking, then the person will no longer be able to do any more Bed Booking. That is, in case a person did a Bed Booking, but he/she didn't reach the hospital within 3 hours and within six months if the person does the same thing again, then bed booking features will be revoked from his/her account. But if the person does the same thing (do bed booking, but not reach the hospital within 3 hours) again after six months, then this will not make any issue.
If we identify any unethical activities from any accounts or if any person violate our terms and conditions, then we will deactivate the person's account temporary or permanently.
List of some activities, that will be consider as a unethical activities:-
Making fake blood request: If we find that any user make a blood request; but the user doesn't need any blood, the person did it just for unnecessary reason; then it will be consider as a unethical activity.
Doing abuse Chats: If any person makes abuse chat with doctors or blood donors by using the Chat Feature, or if chatting unnecessarily; then it will be consider as a unethical activity.
We do not identify fake blood requests and abusive chats automatically, we identify that on the basis of users' complaints.
So, it's strongly requested to you if you find any blood request as fake or someone makes abusive chats with you, then rise a complaint from here.
